The housing market isn’t at a standstill. While sales have slowed compared to a "normal" market, Nationally, over 4Million homes still sold last year, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR). This week, the median list price for homes in Scottsdale, AZ, is $1,585,000, with prices trending slightly upward over the past 20 days. The median days on market is only 84, and the average price per square foot has risen to $504, up from November. All metrics and signs are pointing to a increased demand for homes in Scottsdale Az.
